Medici products are priced by the square foot unless otherwise noted.  Pricing is NET unless a special price is approved prior to shipment.   Discounts may be applied for orders placed for stock.  Minimum quantities may be established for stock orders. 


All accounts will be established with C.O.D. terms unless a credit application has been completed and approved.  Once established, any overdue account balances will accrue a monthly service fee of 2%.


Medici offers a wide range of mosaics and field tiles.  Due to our extensive selection, Medici does not guarantee stock of every item.  Items denoted “Special Order” in the price book are not stocked and require a 50sf. minimum order and 50% deposit upon placement of the  order.  The payment balance will be due upon the release of the material from the warehouse price  in Tucker, GA.  Special Orders are subject to a 30% up-charge from the MSRP 


Medici provides the option for custom orders.  A custom order represents custom sizing, custom colors, and custom blends.  Orders of this type require a 500sf. minimum order and a 50% deposit.   The payment balance will be due upon the release of the material from the warehouse in Tucker, GA.   Custom orders are subject to a 40% up-charge of the standard mosaic price.   If the material requested has no standard item and price, pricing will be quoted and accepted prior to order being placed with factory.  There are no returns for Custom Orders.


All pricing is F.O.B. Tucker, GA.  Orders may be picked up directly from our warehouse or shipped via UPS or any preferred freight carrier.  All orders are subject to a $10 handling fee.  A standard broken box fee of $5 per color will apply to all broken box orders.



Medici offers sample sheets for purchase at a 50% discount for showroom displays and boards.  


In stock material typically ship within 3-5 business days from the order date.  Back ordered items will be assigned an ETA, but usually deliver within 8 - 12 weeks.  Special orders and custom orders will be assigned an ETA after product is accepted and assigned a production date by the factory.


All returns must be pre-approved by Medici and will incur a 25% restocking fee.  Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and Medici will only accept unopened, original Medici Mosaics boxes.  Returns are not accepted on special order or custom order material. No returns are acceptable 2 weeks after invoice date.  


Medici makes no warranties implied or expressed as to the suitability of glass tile products in any certain application.  Medici is not responsible for installation methods that may damage or change the appearance of the material.  We recommend the installation guidelines of the TCNA.  Due to the manufacturing process of Medici products, shade variation may occur*.  Inspect all orders proir to shipment to your customer, or installation.  No claims will be honored for shading after installation.  All sizing is nominal.  Medici will not be liable for labor costs associated with problem installations, which includes replacement material.  Purchaser is responsible for approving material  and contacting Medici if there are any material defects prior to installation material and there are any material defects prior to installation.
